Today is Paz’s birthday and I’d like to wish her a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY from Paz-Vega-Online!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAZ!!

Check out some stills from Paz’s latest project, “Las Dos Marías”, a Spanish television miniseries realized in co-production with Italy and Germany. It tells the story of Mary,the Virgin Mary, (played by Alissa Jung) and Mary Magdalene (played by Paz).

Finally I have time enough to update the site with all the latest Paz’s photos! As I already told you Paz attended the FICA 2011 (Festival Internacional de Cine de Acapulco 2011) where she’s been honoured with the award “Acapulco Hoy“. I’ve read an interesting article about what Paz said at the press conference HERE (It’s in Spanish!).

On Wednesday 23rd Paz is going to receive an award at the seventh edition of the FICA (Festival Internacional de Cine Acapulco).

Paz in on the cover of the September issue of the Spanish magazine “Yo Dona”! Look at the wonderful pics of the photoshoot!

I’ve also added a bunch of photos of Paz having fun in Ibiza with her husband, Orson!

I’ve added a lot of screencaptures from the movies “Triage” and “Nadie conoce a nadie”!

It’s been rumored for a long time, but now it seems an official news! Paz will play the role of Mary Magdalene in a movie, which seems to be entitled as MARY (I hope they will change the title, because it’s the same of Abel Ferrara’s “Mary” (2005) with Juliette Binoche as Magdalene). By the way I think that Paz is a great choice and I am sure she’s perfect for this role!

Paz herself shared the news through her Facebook Official page PAZ VEGA OFICIAL. Here what she wrote:

Hi there! I would love to share with all of u that I’m going to start to work in a very interesting project named MARY, since the coception till the crucifixion of Jesus. And my role will be MAGDALENA. Big kiss!!!

Paz will be among the jurors of the 2011 edition of the Shangai International Film Festival (SIFF) which will take place between June 11th and 19th!
